Service Cancellation and Refund Rights
You may raise a refund claim within 7 days from the date of purchase for OfferPlant-related services if there is a valid reason (for example: service failure, technical issue, incorrect or duplicate charge).
Claims submitted after 7 days are not eligible for review or refund.
Once a valid claim is approved, refunds will be processed and the payment will be completed within 7 days of claim approval.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days
Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:
- The service was purchased directly through OfferPlant.com.
- The refund claim is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- You provide a clear and valid reason for the refund (e.g. technical failure, incorrect charge, duplicate payment).
Non‑eligible situations:
- Services that were successfully delivered and performed as described.
- Cashback or rewards that have already been redeemed, transferred, or paid out.
- Delays, failures or disputes caused by third‑party merchants, partner networks, or payment processors.
How Refunds Affect Cashback
If a refund or reversal (whether for an OfferPlant service or a third‑party merchant transaction) affects previously awarded cashback, the corresponding cashback amount will be deducted from your pending or paid balances as appropriate.
Returning Physical Goods
OfferPlant is primarily a service provider and does not sell physical Goods. If you purchased physical goods from a third‑party merchant via our platform, you must contact that merchant directly for returns and refunds.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a refund claim, please provide:
- Your Order or transaction reference.
- Date of purchase.
- A clear description of the problem and supporting evidence (screenshots, payment receipts, or communication logs).
Processing Time & Method
Refunds approved by OfferPlant will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction. Once approved, refunds will be completed within 7 days of approval. You will not be charged any fees by OfferPlant for an eligible refund; however, your bank or payment provider’s processing time may vary.
Legal & Miscellaneous
These terms are in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. To the extent permitted by law, OfferPlant reserves the right to update, modify, or refuse refunds in line with this policy.
