1 ) For the sender id procedure :- We are providing you unlimited sender id’s for sending sms but you have to take approval before using it. Sender id should be SENDER approved for individual route. You need to mail in given format with subject :- ID APPROVAL FOR USERNAME Name of person ,name of God also brand name are not allowed for Sender Id.
Note : We Request you do not use any sender id without approval confirmation, otherwise your all sms will be rejected and those sms are non refundable .Kindly note sender id is case sensitive.

2) For issue :- If you face any issue in that case you have to communicate with Support department for prompt revert . You can generate a ticket from request wall. You can also raise your support ticket by sending a sms in given format.

3) For payment confirmation:- If you doing payment via cash, ATM and transfer payment online. The confirmation process will take 4 working hour For payment verification you can directly send request to our Account department by your sms account in friction of second. Submit your request by option of REQUEST WALL.
4) DLR Report :- If you want to track your and also end users sms delivery report so you can download last 7 days report from our software. If you are in need of old data then we are unable to provide you . Always take backup of data timely.
5) Selection of proper route :- When you will send msgs then firstly select the proper route then send the message like :-
If you select transaction route then you can send only information content to your registered clients or members. If you will send any promotional content by transaction route then your msgs will be rejected and are not refundable. If you select promotional route then you can send promotional sms by this route with the numeric id and message will be delivered on non-dnd numbers by numeric id. (NDNC refund apply) If you select promotional sender id route then you can send promotional content by the 6 character sender id.
